Aikido Physics in Ushiro

This is hard work.

In ushiro, if you go against these Aikido dynamics, you will work very, very hard.

Much of Kokikai Aikido is basic physics. There is more to it than that. But physics is in harmony with the energy in the world, as is the best of martial arts.

I’ll look for and upload more examples of physics working for us in martial arts.
